Our dispatcher, any time of day or night. Late calls are often office managers booking weekend crews or homeowners who want an estimate scheduled before work.
How do you paint homes on Balboa Island with no parking?
We use small vehicles, stage from the alley, bring materials in daily and keep the boardwalk and street clear. Off-season scheduling helps too.
Does my HOA need to approve my new exterior colors?
In many Newport Coast and gated communities, yes. Check your CC&Rs. We prepare the color packet, painted samples and photos the committee usually asks for.
Can you paint our office without disrupting staff?
Yes. We coordinate with building management, work nights and weekends, and leave the space clean and odor-free.
Do you refinish entry doors and cabinets?
Yes. Doors and cabinet fronts are sprayed in our shop for a smooth, durable finish, then reinstalled.
When is the best time to paint on the Peninsula?
Fall through spring, when crowds are smaller and parking is easier. We also watch for morning marine layer and start once surfaces are dry.
